PIQUA, Ohio — April 8, 1997 — Hartzell Propeller Inc. announces the promotion of Michael R. Disbrow to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Customer Support. In this new position, Disbrow’s responsibilities will include overall management of the company’s marketing and sales efforts. In addition, he will retain aftermarket product and customer support responsibilities.
Jimmie A. Reedy continues as Vice President of Sales and will report to Disbrow. According to James W. Brown, Chairman, “Hartzell feels a great responsibility to our many customers worldwide, and we want to ensure those customers that, with this move, we are attempting as smooth and seamless a transition as possible prior to Jimmie’s retirement.”
