Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Services Support position is responsible for developing manufacturing processes to produce quality products, on-time, in shorter lead times and at a lower cost.

Job Activities:

1. Develop Manufacturing Processes
   1. Sequence of Events
   2. Tool life management
   3. Work holding
   4. Multi-axis CNC programing
2. Prove-out and optimize processes
3. Support production as required
4. Troubleshoot process / equipment issues

Required Experience

High School Diploma or GED required; a minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience utilizing Esprit Software and Swiss-style machining desired.

Technical Skills

1. Solid Works
2. GD&T interpretation
3. Esprit programing software
4. Macro programming
5. Project management
